Putting on the New Wallpaper

Putting on the New Wallpaper

I named our site Putting on the New because of a verse I heard in a Bible study that suddenly stood out for me like it had not done before:

“… and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.”

I wanted to create a site that talked about that… what does it mean to put on the new self? How do we accomplish this with our culture and society and busy world? And mostly, how do we show that God is in our hearts as women?

So this blog became about telling our stories… big ones and small. Things that are individual but have universal lessons. God is always teaching us and it is our desire to grow in our relationship with Him.

This verse helped inspire our blog, so I created a wallpaper you can download and place on your computer if you’d like. Something to remind you of God’s love and our journey to live our lives through him.
